Latest update LOST EVERYTHING

I know posting this will not help me in any way but Im hoping to save other users from having this problem. I downloaded the latest update and it completely reset my game to the beginning!! I lost all of my progress and all of the gems I purchased and cannot locate my city at all now. Waiting to hear back from tech-support... I think I was on level 31 or 32. That took a really long time! I see that I am not the only person that happened to according to other reviews, so until you have seen some indication from other users that this problem has been resolved dont update your game!
