Game keeps freezing and crashing

The game keeps freezing and crashing. When trying to farm gems at the gypsy, game would close after the video so I dont gain the gems. The upgrades are easy in the beginning and then Get crazy expensive so am stuck in a the mid levels.
Update: the new update on May 13 is causing the game to crash very frequently. Now it is almost every other move I make the game is crashing. Super ridiculous!!!!!
