Too many limiting factors

This isnt pvp pay to win but there are too many things slowing you down or stopping you from getting ahead.

Timers on everything which is okay.

Sending people on missions results in equipment breaking which means you have to make that item again.

The biggest problem for me is you need workers to make items. You cant hire more workers until specific levels (or spend a ridiculous amount of actual cash) and even that I was mostly okay with because you can focus on specific kinds of items (just swords and metal armor for example). What is unacceptable to me is that even those item trees youll often have to stop because for some reason you need a new type of worker. Cloth shoes I cant make because I dont have a jeweler?! There are no jewels as a requirement so no, just no.

You have to give us a couple item trees that only require one crafter to make. I feel my time in this game is coming to an end.
